    - Logo (SVG or EPS format)
    - CI color as HEX color code

  • The deadline for entries is September 13rd 2023!

    If you do not want to use some of the features that are part of your booked package, please note this in the message field at the very bottom of the form. By doing so we know in advance, that your company will not submit this particular data. Please kindly note that it is not possible to exchange any features of the booked package or claim a refund for them.     Who is your contact person for booking and setting up the booth? These details will not be transferred into the booth.

  • Enter the primary and secondary CI color as HEX color code

    These are used to color the interior, e.g. the counter.
  • The dominant color of the exhibition stand, shown in the examples in blue (format: HEX color code)
  • The second color of the exhibition stand, shown in the examples in white (format: HEX color code)

  • Upload your logo

    If your logo contains a sub-line (e.g. a motto) that should be part of the exhibition booth, this subline needs to be part of the file as well.
  • With transparent background, compressed as a ZIP file.

  • Upload your digital roll-up

    A rollup will be placed in each booth. The position varies depending on the template.

  • BUSINESS CARD FEATURE

    With this function, the participants can leave their contact details from e-mail address, social media channels to a personal message for you.
  • All contact details from the business card feature will be sent to this email address.
  • It is possible to display a text above the query fields of the business card function. If you wish, you can enter your text below. We recommend a maximum length of 218 characters.

  • If you would like to place a data protection notice in your business card function field, you have the option of storing a file or a link.

  • Text chat for exchange with visitors

  • Create a free account at Userlike or tawk.to for text chat on your stand. When setting up, you will receive an email with a source code. Copy the source code into this field. For questions about setting up and using the particular chat tool, please visit the Userlike Helpcenter or the tawk.to-Knowledgebase. When setting up, you will be asked for a website, please enter: https://www.mrna-conference.com

  • Flyer, product catalog or other document

  • Upload a flyer, product catalog or other documents which your visitors can download from your booth. You can choose: Enter the direct link to the respective document or upload the document here. Please also enter a title (max. 50 characters).

  • First exhibitor employee as avatar

  • Involving exhibitor employees as a full body picture in the scene.
    There will be a business card on top of the photo, please enter your name, position, company, links to video chat tools (zoom, teams etc.) and / or other contact options such as telephone or e-mail for this.
  • at least 1500 px in height (with transparent background, PNG or TIFF)

  • If you want a neutral avatar “John Doe” for your booth instead of a profile picture from your employee, you can choose this in the following.

  • Enter the links to streaming services. Currently YouTube and Vimeo are supported by default. Other services on request.
  • This video will be shown as a preview on the integrated screen on the exhibitor booth. The rest of the videos will appear in the media library.

  • Photo / Slides gallery - Upload images for your galery

  • This picture will be shown as a preview on the integrated scene on the exhibitor booth.The rest of the pictures appear in the media library. (Format: JPG, min. 800 Px an on the longer side).
